Founded in 2015, Dongguan South China Fuchi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "South China Fuchi") is a high-growth private enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of mobile communication terminals, digital and optoelectronic products and other supporting precision metal appearance parts, vehicle-related structural parts, and other products. It mainly covers the appearance of metal structural parts such as handheld game machines, electronic mechanical keyboards, HIFI music players, projectors and video players, rail transit control panels, etc. We obtained ISO 9001: 2016 quality management system certification in January 2022.

Can undertake all kinds of metal appearance of the whole process project
The whole team of South China Fuchi has practical experience in the development and mass production of many projects, updated learning of industry technology, and strong supply chain resource management. The team of South China Fuchi has the ability to undertake the whole process projects of various metal appearance structures, including the design, development and production of the profile, forging, stamping, die-casting, CNC numerical control, polishing and grinding, exposure and development, anodizing, paint baking, laser engraving, electroplating, PVD, AF, and other full-process projects. We co-develop a new process with the supply chain in 2023 color anode and custom graphic anode.

We have 85 sets of CNC four-axis numerical control processing T650, 95 sets of CNC numerical control processing T650, and 2 sets of Swiss brand quadratic/altimeter.

Our QC department has over 10 experienced employees, and we will strictly monitor the quality of all materials and components, continuously inspect all manufacturing stages, and promptly receive feedback from various departments during the production process for effective evaluation and corrective measures. In addition, all finished products are regularly and frequently verified by QC personnel to achieve the goal of zero defects.
